Cancellation Policy

The Footcare Co. Cancellation Policy

 

 The Footcare Co. operates an industry standard, 24-hour cancellation policy that we kindly ask all patients to adhere to.

 

Our goal to provide quality care to all our patients is key, therefore, like you, our time is valuable. No shows and late cancellations can inconvenience other patients who may need to be seen, we therefore ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice when you need to amend or cancel an appointment. This gives patients on the waiting list an opportunity to have your appointment.

 

For cancellations made without giving 24 hours’ notice or appointments simply unattended, we reserve the right to charge a fee.

 

We appreciate that from time-to-time circumstances dictate that it isn’t always possible to notify us within 24 hours, but we ask you let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to fill your appointment, we will waive any cancellations fees.

 

Cancelling or Rescheduling

It is easy to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can either;

  4. If you booked online, you can use the link in your booking email or text.

 

*We have an answer machine, so please leave us a message with your request and we will get back to you asap.

Please note, we do not accept cancellations or amendments to appointments via our social media channels.

 

Cancellation Fees

Missed Appointments – For any appointment with no prior communication, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.

 

Less than 24 hours’ notice – For any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the appointment will be charged. We may waive this fee in extenuating circumstances.

 

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee you will be treated. If it is possible to be seen, your appointment length may be shortened to ensure it ends in line with our appointment schedule, as to not impact on our service to others. The full appointment fee will still be charged.

 

Prepayment policy

The Footcare Co. reserve the right to request pre-payment for appointments to patients that have a record of multiple last minute cancellations or missed appointments.
